Reviews and Ratings
Although the Park Hyatt has a stunning location and some impressive facilities, my experience was mixed. While the rooms were spacious and the amenities inviting, the service left me wanting more, especially during peak times. Dining options have notably changed, not living up to past standards. The beautiful design and atmosphere were highlights, but the overall experience didn’t quite match my expectations for such a prestigious hotel.
The Park Hyatt in BC is truly a noteworthy destination, boasting an exceptional location right at the foot of the mountain and a luxurious spa that I adored. The rooms were quite comfortable, though a bit of updating may be needed soon, especially given the high price during peak times. I found the service to be generally attentive, but had a disappointing experience with the event coordination during my recent conference, which affected my overall impression.
Our family trip to this resort was a mix of highs and lows. The top-notch staff made us feel special and the prime ski-in/ski-out location made skiing so convenient. However, the rooms left much to be desired, feeling outdated and not at all luxurious as expected for the brand. Dining was decent but not quite up to the hotel's potential, especially during busy hours.
I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek for a marriage retreat. I had a great experience with the staff being incredibly helpful, and they created a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, close to ski lifts and various activities. However, the dining prices were quite high, and I found my experience at the pool restaurant a bit lacking due to slow service.
Our stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek was memorable, especially for our 10th anniversary. We received a heartfelt message from the GM before our arrival, and the suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise. However, housekeeping was inconsistent and we faced delays with bell service, which detracted a bit from our overall experience. Despite these hiccups, the location near the shops and hiking trails made it easy to enjoy the area.
